SPOOKtacular is our 15th annual signature event to promote the importance of high-quality early care, education, and our mission "to lead, advocate and collaborate with others to ensure the wellbeing of children, ages birth to five."

Your logo will appear largest and most prominently on SPOOKtacular marketing materials, the sponsorship acknowledgment banner, and on signage at the entrance; your logo and hyperlink will be published on the SPOOKtacular website; your sponsorship will be acknowledged verbally from the stage at least once each hour during SPOOKtacular, and you will have the options to host an information booth (10’x10’ ground area) and/or highly popular activity during SPOOKtacular.
Your logo will appear second largest and second-most prominently on SPOOKtacular marketing materials and sponsorship acknowledgement signage, and your sponsorship will be acknowledged verbally from the stage at least once each hour during SPOOKtacular.
Your name will appear on event-day, sponsorship acknowledgement signage.

This sponsor will provide a free, new book for every child, ages 6 to 12. (The Partnership provides books for children, ages birth to 5.) Your logo and the Partnership's will appear on signage at the distribution tent and on a gift attribution sticker inside the books. The sponsor is invited to wear their branded shirts and provide volunteers to distribute the books.
SPOOKtacular volunteers are provided T-shirts that help to identify them as workers. When the event ends, additional shirts are presented as appreciation gifts to others. Partnership supporters enthusiastically wear the shirts throughout the year, in and around Gaston and Lincoln Counties, providing the sponsor with continued brand exposure. Your one-color logo on the front chest, ours on back.
Your logo and sponsorship acknowledgement will appear on signage at the beverage station where complimentary liquid refreshments will be served. Your sponsorship will be acknowledged verbally from the stage when attendees are informed that beverages are available, and you will have the option to provide a volunteer group (wearing your branded apparel) to assist with preparing and and serving beverages.
Your name and sponsorship acknowledgement will appear on signage adjacent to inflatable bounce house with slide and toddler play space.
Funds are used to offset the cost of renting a box truck or cargo trailer to haul all of the event supplies, from books, to bears, tents, candy, and more, and then using it as an event-day supplies distribution point. Sponsors name (no logo) will appear on the event website, acknowledged on an event-day banner or sign, and recognized verbally from the stage at one point during the event.
Any confirmed sponsor or vendor may donate an item for the raffle and your name will be listed as the donor at the point of display and acknowledged from the stage when tickets are drawn.
People love raffles! They generate excitement, which increases positive memories. Items that are sold in stores, but might otherwise be a splurge, are popular. Think high-end grills, 4K TVs, trips, indulgent gift baskets, electronics, gift cards, dinner parties, season tickets, appliances, etc.
